Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

We want you to feel confident when ordering from GolfScreen. This page explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty item claims are handled.

14-Day Return Window

If your order is eligible for cancellation under UK distance selling rules, you can tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel, and then return the item within a further 14 days.

Change of mind

If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items should be sent back unused and in the best condition possible.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned goods, refunds are usually processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return costs

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. If a cancellation is valid, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

How to request a return

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm the next steps and return instructions.

Condition of returned goods

Please return goods in their original condition wherever possible. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than would normally be permitted in a shop and its value has been reduced as a result.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where relevant.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Where goods do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Custom-made or made-to-order items

Some items made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. If this applies to your order, it will be made clear before purchase.
