We aim to make ordering and receiving your golf simulator impact screen as simple and reliable as possible. Below you will find information regarding delivery times, free UK shipping, returns and refund procedures.
Free UK Shipping
All impact screen orders include free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
UK Mainland: 1–3 working days
Highlands & Islands: 2–5 working days
Packaging
Screens are carefully folded and packaged to protect the material during transit. Minor creasing may occur and will usually reduce once the screen is installed and tensioned.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation quickly.
