From measurement to fitted, in five steps
Made-to-order means there's no size chart to compromise against. It also means we need your measurements right, so here's exactly what happens and where you check our work.
1. Measure
Width and height of the screen you need — not the frame, the screen. Work in feet and inches or millimetres. If you’re unsure what to measure to, the measuring guide has a diagram and takes two minutes.
Everything gets built to the nearest 10mm. You’ll see the millimetre figure under whatever you type, so there’s no surprise later.
2. Choose your finish
How the screen attaches to your frame: eyelets, velcro, a weighted rope in the bottom hem, cloth hoops, a pole pocket, or a plain clean edge. Different edges can take different finishes — most venues run eyelets on three sides and a weighted bottom.
Eyelets are set at 300mm centres as standard.
3. Check the drawing
The drawing builds as you type. Dimensions, edge finishes, eyelet positions, all to scale.
This is the important bit. Read it before you sign it off. It’s made to the measurements you gave us, so if those are wrong the screen is wrong, and there’s no putting the cloth back on the roll.
4. Sign off and pay
One button, and it’s deliberately a firm one: you’re authorising production against the dimensions on that drawing. Price includes delivery. Card payment.
5. We make it and send it
Every screen is made to order, which takes 2–4 weeks. Delivery is included in the price you paid — next day once it’s dispatched in the UK, air freight for international orders. No shipping charge at checkout, and we pay any customs duty and import taxes on international orders.
You’ll get the drawing as a PDF for your records, tracking when it ships, and a note afterwards asking where it went — answer that and we’ll tell you when it’s due for replacement, usually around nine months.
